2004 Dates again and again

Post Wed Jul 21, 2004 5:36 pm

Philip Chevron has been graceously sending around these dates:

Monday 13 Glasgow Academy

Tuesday 14 Glasgow Academy

Thursday 16 Newcastle Arena

Friday 17 Birmingham Academy

Saturday 18 Manchester Evening News Arena

Monday 20 London Brixton Academy

Tuesday 21 London Brixton Academy

Thursday 23 Dublin Point (MCD)

Looks like this tour is happening after all. :)

Hey who the hell are you. If it was'nt for Shane MacGowan there would have been no Poques well there would have, but the songs would'nt heve been written by a genius something our Bono is not no matter how hard he tries. Shame on you

Get over your hero worship.

The Pogues were a colaborative effort between many talented individuals. Shane's execellent writing and voice were a large part of The Pogues, but there was a great deal more than just him.

Cait?

Post Fri Sep 10, 2004 11:41 am

According to the Carling Glasgow site Cait O'Riordan is also playing with the Pogues this time, is this true?!

I have to admit I've not seen the Pogues live since the 80's at the Barra's in Glasgow, wild nights indeed!!!
