i think to see the pogues at either carling weekend or glasto would be awesome, and baisically decide which festival i end up going to
would this ever be considered by the band?

Would love to see them at the Hebridean Celtic Festival, where they would receive a warm welcome because they would be playing to their intended audience, but the Glastonbury situation rules that out.

That's not quite what I said, but it's true that Festivals don't pay well.
