I stumbled into her the other day and now I've come to the realization that I love her. And she likes Tom Waits, and performs a couple of his songs. And she is Ravi Shankar's daughter. She has a beautiful blues/jazz sound, and her band is top notch as well.

Every time my girl friend comes near the cd player she puts one of her cd's on.. I can stand to listen to the song with Dolly ones in a while but the rest... Pfff. Not my cup of tea. She's on blue note by the way, they produced some great music. So maybe it IS my taste in music.. :D
