4 Me 'A Pair Of Brown Eyes' everytime.
(I left 'FAIRYTALE' out because it's in such a league of it's own, it would two one-sided)

The Band's opinions would be interesting.

The best Pogues song (IMO) is 'Boys From The County Hell'! Great lyrics, great music and really fun to play on Tin Whistle!

'Fairytale' is my favourite Pogues song no question. but other than that, probably 'Streets of Sorrow/Birmingham Six' or 'Tuesday Morning'.

'Tuseday morning' definitly the best post shane song, and nice to see it played at the comeback gigs because it shows that shanewasn't the only grifted song writer 8) , but honestly shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence as 'fairytale'

there are no Pogues songs better than Fairytale, purely on the grounds it is possibly the Greatest song ever made.

wow... Fairytale is NOT my favorite pogues song... not even in my top ten of thier songs... my all time favorite and one i hope is oplayed at my funeral is IISFFGWG. All three studio versions are brilliant but the one from the album of the same name can bring a tear to my eye.

Really? I'm with gwrwho -- I think "Fairytale" is very possibly the greatest song of all time! And I agree with pogue-mahone that "Misty Morning" is absolutely gorgeous. I'm not usually a fan of speak/sing type songs, but MMAB is brilliant. When the music swells after the second verse it's breathtaking.
