The Scotch Greens

Post Sun Dec 10, 2006 6:58 pm

Anyone heard of these guys? They toured with Flogging Molly earlier this year, and are fucking amazing. When the singer took a fiddle and used it as a slide for his guitar, I can honestly say Ive never been more impressed by a band Id never heard of.

You guys should check them out, there on Mike from the Street Dogs record label, Brass Tacks.

I have the "Professional" cd which I like a lot, I originally had found out about them a year ago or so when they were on some tribute album. Don't remember what that was.

I believe it was a Johnny Cash tribute titled, "Dear Johnny".

I have it, their 2 albums, and a split EP if anyone would like to get it from me.

The only thing I cant find is there live album.
