I was reading "Somthing for The Weekend" by Pauline McLynn early today. there is a bit where she talks about her brother playing with toy planes.There was a line that goes something like "..all the good guys where Johnnys.."(sorry can"t quote it word for word as I left the book at work).
It made me smile & think of Mr Chevron.Strange but true.
