Thanks for the info. I have not been to LA for many years and that will be very helpful. I am so excitied to see them, music touches the soul... I have the CD and it's great, I have let alot of people hear it and they love it also, and thanks for the well wishing about my son, he is doing great, amazing what can be done in the medical field now and then. Anyway I'm grateful.

Molly's calender is up for October and November....However, CG is not listed on the above dates... :? I called Molly's and they don't seem to know anything about the scheduling! LOL
Can this be confirmed some how? I would really like to see them play.
THANKS

Sorry I don't know

Post Wed Oct 04, 2006 12:09 am

Sorry I didn't ask them about the 11th I just found out about the 25th. I just called today they were so nice and helpful I am sure they will check the sched. for you if you call. I hope it works for you I would love to see them on both days but work is a must for me..... so if you do get to see them on the 11th you will have to let me know how they did!!!!! I CAN'T WAIT everyone that writes about them loves them. They are all so talented and I could listen to them play all night, and look at Dermot Mulroney that alone will make me have a heart attack. Actually James Fearnly and Kerian aren't so bad either so it's great all around.

I have already pm'd both James and DzM...I think James is out of town....Japan?

Anyways...Here is a link to hotels nearby Molly's...If a list doesn't show up for some reason on the right side of the page, just click the search button on the left side of the page under Mollys address on Fairfax Ave...It goes from the closet hotels to farthest.
Good luck!

My goodness! You two are just full of excitement!

Last time James and I chatted he said that Cranky George will be performing Nov 11 and 25 at Molly Malone's. As with all things - unforseen circumstances may change these dates, but I've not heard anything that would indicate a change.

Keep an eye out around here. When things get closer to happening James will often update, or somebody else will relay information for him.

HA! I am almost 40, myself! It must be a midlife crisis thing where we are seeking out any excitement and adventure! (an adventure cuz most of us are from out of town or out of state and traveling by ourselves for the first time).
Yeah, I am pretty desperate too! LOL....Can't wait to see LA as well as CGT(I have never seen them...Friend told me they were great..I am meeting her)
BYE! :P
