Christine.. why not treat yourself and himself to a weekend away? Flights are sooo cheap 1p each way if you go from Thurs night and coming back on Tues night.. Shame thats its not so cheap to return on Sun.

1p + 1p = 2p

+ Tax

= £34.55

If I book it.. I'll go.. it's just the booking part that I always hesistate on..

Um.. From Gatwick to Dub. Gatwick is the easiest airport to fly from IMHO.
