Are yourself and Gerry mates Philip or is he just fan of the band? I'm sure I've heard him mention your name on a couple of occassions and he does play TV Screen every once in a while.

He's a somewhat surprisingly avid fan, but also a bit of a talisman. When we did our Bloomsday 2004 show in Dublin he dropped in unexpectedly on the soundcheck as he was unable to attend the actual gig.

He's certainly a good man to have in your corner when promoting a new album. You just know he's going to say it's one the most FANTASTIC records he's ever heard in his entire life, which I don't doubt. :wink:

Gerry chose not to "do" 9/11 this morning, fearing overkill. The Radiators song was a victim of this decision. Gerry has been removed from our Christmas card list.
