After her "cover" of FoNY with Ronan, she had it coming.

My opinion of Ro and Moya's "cover" of FoNY is not a secret. Kirsty went one better - she managed never to hear it.

You couldn't make it up

They tampered with the lyrics and changed "You cheap lousy faggott" to "You're old and you're haggard" to avoid offending gay people. How many gay people would have noticed or cared? You can guarantee the person who made that decision wasn't gay. Like the people trying to ban Christmas in case it offends non-Christians, who in my experience couldn't give a monkeys. Sorry if that offended any monkeys. Anti-pc rant over.

Ironically I got the impression from an interview I watched that Mr. Keating actually really seemed to love FoNY.

I had a love affair with coming home pissed and playing the Donegal Express or Bottle of Smoke or Transmetropolitan loud enough to wake the dead, or in my case my ex-wife. She once missed my head by inches with a plant pot thrown from the top of the stairs. She wasn't a bad shot with hindsight.

Yes, he loved it like an actor loves Hamlet but wonders if that "To be or not to be" soliloquy could perhaps use a rewrite.
