When you're downloading you're immediately uploading the files you already downloaded to others so it is a really good system.

You're all welcome! I also downloaded the Shane and Popes boot from Easytree so if you want that one I could also torrent it at torrentreactor.

I'm trying to dl from the torrentreactor addy, but when I click the download button, I am asked if I want to save some php file. I don't really want to, there's no need in that. Am I doing something wrong again?

By the way, if you downloaded it and listened to it please open it again cause I am currently the only seeder and I will close tonight and that would be a shame for people who don't have it.

Well I just finished downloading the 500 mb package of files and I just don't understand why the original seeder didn't compress it to AAC or MP3. The sound quality isn't that good. :? But nevermind, I finally got it now (after 2 days of downloading). :D

I'm still downloading 2 DVD movies from Easytree torrents: Pogues in München 1985 and Pogues in Japan 31-10-1989. But the speed on these two is really crappy...

Because otherwise the sound would be lossy. Image

And surely everyone agrees that a crappy mini-disc recording from somebody's pocket is sufficiently valuable to warrant lossless preservation, even if the lossless codec is preserving entire spectrums in the sound that don't exist in the recording.

Wow. I made it! :) Now I just have to figure out what to do with the flac-files...? They are sort of taking a lot of space, and I'm running low.

alright maija i had the same problem .i found a solution here:
http://cyberial.com/flacinstaller.asp
from here
http://flac.sourceforge.net/download.html
now but you have to convert them to wav which takes up even more harddrive!
i think maybe you can burn them to disk with nero once you have this
i had to do a bit of browsing to find out (lucky i was off work)

Cheers, Duncan - but I found another way too, that reduces it to 100 mb:

Xilisoft Converter

Currently trying to make it convert a nice avi file to an mp3, but it doesn't seem to work too well, but the flac -> mp3 part of it works fine.
