Like I say, I don't give a stuff whether Shane is gay or not - he can do what he wants with his own life. Anyone who vows never to listen to the Pogues again because Shane might be 'that way inclined' is probably not worth listening to in the first place.

I have to agree with the previous poster. Yes this moron a few months previous fractured a womans jaw, just because she told him his phone was ringing.
As the other person said he was obviously grasping at straws to get a sympathetic reaction in the hopes that his sentence would not be so harsh.
After all its totally normal for people to walk around with pieces of scaffolding on them, isnt it? Paleeeez, that defence borders on pathetic, errmm not borders , but is pathetic!!!
