Shane MacGowan in Serbia

I know that He was in Serbia in 2003 at music festival called "State od Exit" in city of Novi Sad, and i think that he was in Belgrade too, but i'm not shure about that for 100%.

Some frineds told me that Shane will come this year in Serbia again, and again to Novi Sad ( "State of Exit").
Can someone tell me more about that?!
