you can even save a flash movie if you want to.....
there's no such thing as a file placed on a site that can't be saved, period

1.download the .asx file (asx_playlist.asx) (save as)
2.open the file with SDP (http://sdp.ppona.com/)
3.the streamed url is http://streaming.konnex.co.uk:8080/acft ... Thinning=0
4.press "Go"
