Have been at this forum as a guest for quite a while but now registered in order to be able to vote. I think that a moderator should be – above all – a good manager. That’s why I voted for Zuzana. Thanks to this forum, I have personal experience with her skills in this regard. :lol:

Because post activity does not necessarily equate quality or level-headedness.

I appreciate all of the suggestions that everyone has for how to make this process better. Maybe when we need another new moderator we can take advantage of some of those suggestions. I won't be changing how we are handling this particular selection though.
