Looking for unreleased song, important to me.

Hi, I am new to the forums, and a big pogues fan! I got into them after my brother passed away, and Tommy, and I think the others made a song for him.

I was wondering if anyone has an unreleased copy of this song: "Song for bennny".

I belive, from what my sister tells me, that Definetly Tom, maby Shane wrote it when they were in the popes (we think). And that they played it alot at their small "Pub Gigs".

We had one copy, but we sadly have lost it, and we are wondering if anybody has another copy, or just information about it, or where to get it, it would be greatly appreciated.

don't if that song exists on a live recording. Though it's possible that they might dedicated a song to him at one point. Do you know in which year that song might have been written?

Hi, I have some more information on the song, It was written for my brother in around Late-1991, Early-2000 (around then). And that Tom anf maby Shane, with the popes.

And that it was an acoustic.
(I have never heard it, but my parents, and other family members have, but it was lost before I had a chance to hear it).

It is allmost definetly called "A song for Benny".

I also believe that there were two songs made for two diffrent people at around the same time.
