Planxty Noel Hill on the radio

Post Fri Feb 24, 2017 4:07 am

On Tuesday, February 7 (2017), I heard "Planxty Noel Hill" on the radio for the first time in my life, if not in the song's life itself.

It was on CBC Radio, as a musical interlude between two novelty stories about a yellow car vandalized in Bibury, Cotswolds, and some loser who ran seven marathons in seven days.

Just thought you'd wanna know.

Good spot. Was Noel Hill himself implicated in either the car-vandalising or the marathon-running? It could explain it.
Likes the warm feeling but is tired of all the dehydration.

You know, the car story was about a yellow car that was presumably vandalized for "ruining the view" in a well-known historic neighbourhood of old houses. As we all know, Noel is a staunch traditionalist, so maybe in fact he's a suspect :D
