a couple of questions about the December Shows

Post Sun Dec 01, 2013 8:11 pm

Has anyone heard

1) who the support act is? (this will determine if i stay on in the Canterbury or the Beehive for a few more or head in)
2) is Cait O Riordan going to make an appearance at the gigs?
3) who is playing Guitar?

i suppose, we might be waiting until the night of the Manchester gig for answers

I don't think anybody's sure at the moment.

This is where Philip's presence on here is missed. We probably would have had all the answers to these questions by now if he was still here.

Yes, greatly missed.

Hi Ed

Some talk over on the gig's thread about James Walbourne playing guitar again and that Cait definately won't be there. Also Camille O'Sullivan to join the band for FONY and maybe A Man You Don't Meet.. Click this link......

I assume the band knows by now, but they're keeping cards close to the chest.

I can't help feeling a slight unease about these gigs. Probably completely unfounded.

Sadly missing Mr C.
Likes the warm feeling but is tired of all the dehydration.

This is still only a rumour as far as I'm concerned. I never like to rely too much on information given in pubs. I distinctly remember at the meet up before the PC Testimonial some Norwegian (I know who you are) said that Bono had stepped in to play as a last minute substitute. Now I do not remember him playing at the testimonial unless, of course, he came on stage when I stepped outside for a smoke.
