I went into my account on their website this morning and it is still showing that they have not received tickets yet.

Mine haven't arrived either! May contact them to ask when they will be dispatched.

Have asked them a few days ago, they've said they did not have any tickets yet and that they'll be sent as soon as they get'em......

For those of you worrying about tickets from Gigs and Tours, I received the following email from them in mid-October:

"Please be assured we have not forgotten about your order and your tickets will be despatched as soon as we receive them, normally 14 days prior to the event.
Tickets will be despatched as soon as possible, but may not be received until the week of the event. If you have not received your tickets in the post, please contact us no later than two working days before the show date at https://www.gigsandtours.com/CustomerService "

As I recall, last December's tickets were through Gigs and Tours, and mine turned up around two weeks beforehand. Sit tight my fellow Medusans, not long now!
Life has often tried to stretch me but the rope always went slack.

Coming over from Ireland for the Glasgow gig. Bought two tickets, 1 Standing, 1 Seated, but my colleague pulled out so got a spare ticket for the gig if anyone's looking for one. Can't wait for the gig, it's been a few years since they played in the Olympia. it used to be my annual trip to Dublin, now it could be an annual one to Glasgow instead 8)

A little bird[,but not a magpie!] told me last night in Sally O' Briens in Zwolle that James Walbourne will be playing guitar and that Camille O' Sullivan is lined up for FONY.How much of this is reliable i do not know, the woman who told me was informed of this on Monday in a Dublin bar,are there any other contenders?

Ms O'Sullivan did a cracking job on FoNY at the O2 last December, but would she do "I'm A Man..." too? 'Twould likely be a bit different from Cait's version if she did...

If my memory serves me well ,James Walbourne stood in for Philip in 2007-08 and did a stirling job.I purchased his album on the strength of those gigs i saw him perform as a 'temporary Pogue', James is married to Kami Thompson, daughter of Richard & Linda Thompson, maybe with her Scottish roots maybe she could sing 'I'm a man/Jock Stewart' ...food for thought folks!

Wow that would be cool. Agree about the O2 last year, Camille was great.

Its highly unlikely Cait will ever perform with The Pogues again. Not a lot has emerged with what happened in 2004.I was there when Cait 'handed in her notice' and basically blew her chances of rejoining the band. But hey,who would have thought Shane would have been welcomed back into the fold, you just never know.Kami Thompson singing with The Pogues, now that would be something, don't think her old man would approve though!
