I have to say I am so looking forward to hearing Wild Cats at Brixton...

Wild Cats at Brixton? Have they moved from Kilkenny?!
Best Pogues bass line ever.

Me too FH :D

I wonder will Shane stay on stage and do his ear piercing screams?

They're of Kilkenny. They'll be performing an away gig at Brixton.  8)

Nobody screams like Shane. Lawd knows I have tried. He has to do it. Though possibly he could do it from within his tent of delights.
Likes the warm feeling but is tired of all the dehydration.

I believe the Wild Cats in Brixton are different ones. They live on Eddie Grant's Electric Avenue in Brixton. And they're more like feral alley cats than actual wild cats.

I hope Cait will be there to help with the screams. If not, I'd be happy to contribute a few ear-splitting ones of my own. I'm going to start learning how to scream along with that one.

"You can crush us
You can bruise us
But you'll have to answer to
Oah-oh the cats of Brixton"

I've been hoping and assuming that Cait will be there, but we know very little about these gigs, so who knows? Don't know who else will sing "I'm A Man..." if she's not. Sort of wouldn't mind hearing Mr Ranken sing it, though it would be somewhat different.

Yeah, we still don't know about Cait, it would be a shame if she's not there. But maybe it will be sung by whoever the guest singer is on Fairytale. Ella Finer? I think it would also suit Terry, but again it would have a totally different meaning and effect with a man singing it.

And I'd love for them to do The Cats of Brixton! :)
