I've just watched many yt-videos of those two fabulous nights - absolutely phenomenal how brilliant the band was. There is a dedication and commitment in Shane's delivery that is really heart-warming, like he's amazed and proud at the same time about how well they pulled it off and that they've been around for 30 years and still mean so much to so many people (many young folks who weren't even born in the early 80's).

Yes, my feelings exactly. When it comes down to it, The Pogues mean at least as much to Shane as they do to everyone else.
James is fine, by the way. Terry's ample number of monitor cabinets took the blame.
