Thanks.
But this brings me to the point to place the first time something like critism. Just a little bit, of course
This setlist is superb, and absolutely outstanding for an 30th anniversary gig.
But:
Why is there so a difference between the other 'Poguesonly' gigs in Cologne, Hamburg, Berlin?
It would have been just fair, to bring them up something special, too, like the visitors in paris.
Just my 2 cents. And it does not mean, that the german gigs where crap, they were great as usual. But i think a 30th anni has deserved more than an usual gig. Here in Paris, happened, what i mean!

I have seen some German shows in the last years...it was always warm if not hot. Sun was shining. I do not wanna hear FTONY in the summer. That is like eating christmas food in July...
philipchevron wrote:There are several answers to this question, but the main one is economics. The revenue from German touring does not allow us to bring Ella and the brass section. In all likelihood, this is also true of Paris in normal circumstances but these shows were being underwritten by Polydor in Paris, who are releasing the DVD/CD.

For the DVD out-takes they should add James falling (2nd night). I missed it but i was chatting to forum member Spin and he said James fell backwards over a monitor. Hope you're OK James.
A bit of a stage invasion also on the 2nd night, at least one guy managed to get up with the band![]()
Thanks to everyone who made the gigs happen

Glad you made it home safe Father. Mrs. Cadillac and myself really enjoyed your company along with the rest of the crew.
