That was the reunion. The song was their first written, on their first album, and was their break out hit. I know this 'cause there's a wiki page for the episode:

The song "Baby on Board" appeared on the group's first album, Meet The Be Sharps [1985], and the song became a hit. The Be Sharps performed the song at the Statue of Liberty's centennial in 1986, and they later won a Grammy for Outstanding Soul, Spoken Word, or Barbershop Album of the Year for Meet The Be Sharps. ... At the end of the episode, the group reunites to perform a concert on the roof of Moe's Tavern, singing their number-one hit "Baby on Board".

Dang, what did i do with myself before the interwebs?

Well yes, but it's not much of a reunion is it? In response to the comment "I can't remember the last time we were together", Apu says "Last year, on that stupid Dame Edna Special". Even The Pogues leave longer gaps than that.
