Photographer Credit for FToNY art?

It's a mash-up of Spider Stacty's back view and an iconic image of Sammy Davis Jr photographed in New York in 1959, but I'm afraid I can't recall who did either the original pic or the Spider version.

oh. man, i'm looking pretty ignorant now, yeesh. and i call myself a photographer and a fan of the rat pack. Either way, the original is great and the revamp is a good use of appropriation (which is usually a bad word, with good reason). Hopefully either artist will surface...

below the photo on your link it says "Photo by Burt Glinn"

OK. So now my best guess is Burt Glinn took the original pic.
