So are those James' hands playing the piano during the closeups in the video?

Yes, wearing Shane's ring(s).
See this thread also.

Great thread. Would appear as though the hubub regarding just who exactly was playing and the mystery of the rings already took place awhile ago.

isn't shane's ring on the wrong finger? (yea yea, of someone else's hand)
that yin yang type-a thing... isn't that usually on his right hand, and not his left?

i'm working from memory...but i'm pretty sure that ring's outlasted hairstyles and well... teeth. i had to... i know.

anyone have any stories about that night? heard anything? i gotta recreate the atmosphere. i want it all.

i can't imagine being there. or how it must have felt for them.

I was there, but only just. It was St Patrick's Day. I kissed Rob Lowe at the end.

And Mr. Lowe's career has never been the same. :)

I saw that show Mr Chevron. And before I got my hands on a copy I read Shane stalked the stage at SNL like a madman. What the fuck was this journalist talking about? The whole band was in fine form, especially on Body of an American.
