We were all children once. Some of us still are. And some of us have children of our own.

Takashi Miike's Full Metal Yakuza. he's the Most Twisted man in Jap Cinema so it says here...

Had a film night with Shane recently round at our's where we started with a dodgy pirate copy of the recent War of the Worlds which only played in black and white. He was adamant that it was filmed that way as an homage to earlier versions. Next up was Kurosawa's Yojimbo. Then Straight To Hell, which had him proclaiming it a classic...Entertaining Mr Sloane, Rude Boy, Brief Encounter and we finished off with Tim Roth in Made in Britian at 11 the next morning. The above mix was leavened with several episodes of Deadwood and a healthy sprinkling of hash brownies.

I watched the Buzz Aldrin episode of Monty Python's Flying Circus again. It's one of their best!

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

I have to report that it was pretty funny in parts and a bit like being involved (unwillingly) in someone else's playstation game in others. That Voldemort geezer was 'kin scary though!
