At the moment, Pogues are scheduled for 9pm but this may change closer to the date. Check back on the day. I have no info about supports.

My information for Bonn Museumhof is that there is a strict 10pm curfew, so Pogues are likely to go on between 7.30 and 8. Doors are 5.30

The Pogues will not be on stage before 8:30. And on this moment there isn't planned a support-act. But that may change, as well as the starting time (depend on the band)........
