Nice to see that Fulham are errecting a statue in honour to one of them former heroes. Yes big Al is errecing a statue to Machel Jackson outside the ground. The funniest thing about it is that SKY Sports went to ex player Jimmy Armfield to get a comment (thinking that he would hit the roof regarding this). His quote was "I do find it a bit strange but to be fair he always put on a good turn"

This is, actually, possibly the most bizarre thing that has happened in the history of football. Ever.

There was a marquee? Though admittedly I only took the front entrance once, I recall not so much a marquee as a faceless, blank, brutalist slab that seemed to say "You are now entering Hell's Kitchen: don't be foolish enough to ask for directions"

A few moinths back the wife sent in for studio tickets and last night the Mrs and I went to see in studio the one and only ...... Glenn Beck show. ......I know I know, I can hear the gasps all the way out here in NJ. Anyway, It gets worse. I'm actually called on to ask a question on camera for the show (unless i'm edited out). They only ask 3 audience members for questions. You have the topic in advance via email and you have to fill out a questionaire. They also ask that you submit a question on the shows topic.
Slightly sureal moment. Totally unexpected. I had an out of body experience when the camera is in my face and GB asks for me to ask my question. I remember my mouth moving but I don't know what came out. Mrs said everything went well. Well I sorta know I'm just not sure it came out as I wanted. Anyway you can see the whole mess on Friday's show. For those that don't know, I'll be the chunky bastard in the yellow tie he calls Rich. 8)

Now I'll have to tune in just to see what you did to get GB fired.

A show whose advertising revenue had dwindled to commercials for investment gold and holocaust charities was never going to survive for long, though I like to think Rich delivered the coup de grace.

The Beckster told us preshow there was bigger and better things on the horizon. From what he would divulge it appears he's now going to have a hand in multiple show programming for Fox.The guy next to me said he heard they're setting up the possiblility for a future Oprah type channel showing all Beck programing all the time 8)

If all NJR's right-wing postings have in fact been a subterfuge, part of a cunning plan to enable him to finish off Mr Beck, then I will indeed doff my hat. Well done, NJR, that was true genius. 8)

What would you know, Phil, you just arrive on your hotel shuttle anyway.

And yes, the front is as you describe. We'd've walked right by if not for the line to get in...

Hello again everyone.

Often an email to dzm@dzm.com will fix login problems. FYI there.
