They seem to be referring to the poll done by Spotify and TourismIreland:

Sadly the Spotify site seems all broken.

Maybe fixed? After my vote I received .........

It's St Patrick’s Day, but which song has been voted the top Irish tune to celebrate the event?

The Irish Rover by The Pogues
52.09%
Teenage Kicks by The Undertones
7.26%
Whole of the Moon by The Waterboys
6.41%
Danny Boy by Johnny Cash
34.24%

7290 answers so far. It's The Irish Rover by The Pogues, according to the poll by Tourism Ireland and Spotify.

Academic now. "The Body of an American" [grapefruit mix] is the new unofficial anthem for St James Cagney Day.

Nope. I was referring to the actual Spotify poll at:

http://www.spotifyads.com/tourismireland/

It just throws 403 HTTP errors.
