Does Shane still have a record deal?

Barely a week goes by on the forum without some reference to a new record from Shane or the whereabouts of one. Does anyone know if he actually still has a record deal? So far as I can tell Warners have the Pogues catalogue, ZTT released the last (proper?) Shane albums and there's been a couple of fillers from Eagle . Is he actually under contract to a label at the moment?

ZZT dropped him in late 90s - he was rather 'unwell' at the time. Eagle picked him up in early 2000s to record a new album. Many tracks were recorded but the advance got spent and they fell out.

Who's going to want to offer a man with his track record an album deal?

I'll bet there's offers for a Pogues album tho! Shane is remarkably professional when working with them.
