Not bad so far, but you know how it is after a holiday weekend, I feel like I need another day off to get over it all! Also, I'm trying to figure out a way of going to see the Pogues again. I would have to fly though (terrifying ) and flights seem a bit expensive right now. I keep hearing all this bargain flight talk but have never been guilty of obtaining one!

I forgot it was American Independence Day the other day until driving home from work that day and spotting an Independence day meal deal at the pub Seemed so out of place here in Wales.
Speaking of nice stuff my oldest son graduated from a Welsh Uni last weekend and also scored a few awards. What a strange, but lovely feeling watching it all and thinking what a far cry from watching them walk into shcool for the first time.

I'm going to add something especially nice to Bookish's post, that she is too humble to boast about. Her son, above, got the highest mark in the UK for his dissertation and was granted money to do further research in Italy and has been asked to write a book. Pretty clever eh!
