i've never been but i did have a buddy from there once. hated by many for his awkwardness and insecurities but i loved the guy. otouski was his name. spelling aside...

Speaking of nice stuff my oldest son graduated from a Welsh Uni last weekend and also scored a few awards. What a strange, but lovely feeling watching it all and thinking what a far cry from watching them walk into shcool for the first time.

I'm going to add something especially nice to Bookish's post, that she is too humble to boast about. Her son, above, got the highest mark in the UK for his dissertation and was granted money to do further research in Italy and has been asked to write a book. Pretty clever eh!
