Taking in the audience, young graduating college students my main point was that he sopke mainly of him self actually using parts of stories he had already told during his campaign. I felt he did no justice to the students that had taken 4-5 years to acheive graduation day where the President barely recognized them or "their day"
As for Limbaugh, I'm not a big talk radio guy. I haven't listened to a Limbaugh radio show in several years. The last time I heard Rush speek was a speech I listened to online that he gave for a GOP rally/dinner or something. I do not listen to Hannity or Limbaugh. I have at times recently listened to Glen Beck and Dennis Miller as his comedy is the draw for me, but he recently has been switched around and off the dial. As you may know the only liberal radio is NPR and the Air America group yet oddly they have no station programing in the NYC area. Unless of course it's only a Sirius/XM thing, i'm speeking of mainly of good old free regular radio airwaves.
There has been very little about American mainstream radio that could be described as "good old", "free" or "regular" since Ronald Reagan, in his wisdom, "deregulated" the airwaves two decades ago. That goes for music radio as much as for Rant Radio.
