Is not the copy of Town & Country a bootleg anyway? By posting Completely Pogued, are you not bootlegging a bootleg?

From my old NTSC VHS video:

"The Pogues Live at the Town and Country", Island Visual Arts, 440-082 165-3, Island Records, Inc.; 1988 Vision Productions Film and Television." It's copyrighted.

or are we talking about a different video?
