I eventually got it to work. Had to hit F5 a few times first.

But it's worth the effort - thanks James!

I got it this time. Hit F5 is the trick. I have often wondered what that key was for.

hit F5 on key board or push Refresh on toolbar - it's all the same, for Internet Explorer at least

It was my first time noticing that section of the forum, until I read this thread.

I printed off the whole lot and it made very interesting reading coming home from work on Friday.

Just wanted to say thanks to James.

I'm gratified that people seem to enjoy reading the blogue so much. Thanks. Looking forward to starting up again in the UK when we meet up for rehearsals and whatever else.

James, the transparent meat you didn't order but you were brought the day of the concert in Vitoria-Gazteiz is called "jamón" I think, such a tasty food! (if it was a good "serrano" or "de bellota", but I doubt this).
Do you really preffer the gazpacho? I doubt too you would have had a good one anywhere in the Basque Country ...more typical from the south of Spain!.
Next time you come over this land you'd better order "marmitako" (tuna/potatoes), "bacalao pil-pil" (cod fish) or "txipirones en su tinta" (you'll run away when you see it) :-)

Thanks for your blogue, I really enjoyed reading it.

Christmas and beyond.

Post Thu Sep 29, 2005 6:28 pm

My first post-- can't believe I didn't join this sooner!

Are all the Christmas shows sold out? I'm in Eastern Canada, but if it's unlikely the band will ever come this way, I'm gonna try and make an effort to get over... Maybe call up an old girlfriend who moved to Trinity College. Woods Band came through Halifax and St. John's in December 2003 and I couldn't get to either show; Mahones were here last month and I didn't know til after...

Gonna have to go to the band rather than the band comin' to me!
