Don Letts

Kicked off his show on Saturday night with "Joe Strummer" by The Radiators. What a great song. Best wishes for the festive season Philip, and may 2008 see you fit and well again.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It does sound great on the radio. Fantastic that Don Letts devoted his whole show to Joe.

I was not aware of Don's program. Listening to the Dec. 22nd show as I type this. This particular show reminds me so much of my time as DJ on The Rasta Party during my college days playing punk with a heavy dose of reggae. Thanks for posting the link.

The whole program was really great. That was such a perfect way to kick it off!
Also really cool he played that BAD song that Joe had wrote...

Yes, the Radiators Joe Strummer is one of those that gets stuck in my head for days. Pleasantly so.
