What does "Moi Chroi" mean?

What does Mother Moi Chroi mean (in the Shane song of the same name)? It sounds like McCree.

The song uses parts of an older song called NW3 which was never released.

Jack Nicholson sings this song in "The Departed". At least I think it's this one, he sings "Mother McCree" something...
