Leaving all that crap to one side for the moment, How do you do?
I'm Noonan, and I'm glad to make your acquaintance.
I'm sorry if I seemed a bit abrasive, I don't mean any offence.
I hope we can be pals. I get the feeling we've got a lot in common!....

How dare you....I try my best to bring honour to this house.
Every girlfriend I brought here, you attempted to paint.
I curse the day I bought you that book about Warhol......

Geez Goodbar - You deleted your verse. Now I feel I've only seen half the conversation.

Given that I didn't see your material, I'm in no place to judge how others received it. What I see of your interaction with Noonan seems to indicate that Noonan was trying though.

An important thing to remember about creative expression is that not everybody will understand your point, and others may misunderstand it entirely. So what? Don't let the bastards keep you down.

To paraphrase a famous adage: One man's art is another man's belly laugh.
i quit the team, coach!
Goddammit boy! Only quitters quit! Now suck it up, walk off that broken ankle, and get back out there GODDAMMIT!
