I really do think that Neck and I are destining to never see each other! :(

I had a look at their dates and they're doing a gig in June on the 3rd typical I'm in Dub!

Tonight I've promised a friend some us time - (sounds dodgy if you ask me)

haha

Thanks Mick for thinking of me....!!

That's quite a compliment to Th' Legendary Shack Shakers.

Or come to think of it, perhaps a bit backhanded? :? 5000 miles to see The Pogues, 10 for these guys? Who would you travel, say, 100 miles for?

Are you going to be within 10 miles yourself, Mr C.? Hope you don't mind me asking.

I had their Nottingham show stuck on a Post-It note on my computer and STILL managed to forget about it.

Today I am travelling a couple of hundred miles to see, among others, Placido Domingo.

Wow, you probably had to kill someone for that ticket! Should be truly memorable. Enjoy!

Mr C. – how was your big-nosed, big-voiced man? I saw a nice review which said that Domingo's voice at 65 is still fresh and focussed – now you know what we expect of The Pogues when the first one of you receives his bus pass!
