Booklet for remastered Hell’s Ditch - just a plea

Some pages from my booklet for the remastered Hell’s Ditch are missing (pages number 3, 4, 13, 14). After I had undergone the lengthy process of ordering it via Czech i-net shop from abroad, I won’t go demanding a replacement for the CD, but if somebody could scan the missing pages for me, I’d be eternally thankful!
