CHANGES TO the radiators GIGS

Post Wed Jun 15, 2005 12:26 pm

Through circumstances beyond our control, The Radiators are now appearing at Croke Park on Friday 24th June, NOT Saturday 25th. This has in turn provoked changes to our other gigs that week. The Cork show on June 22nd has now been postponed until August (date tbc) but the Dublin Whelans show on June 23rd remains.

Here are the revised dates:

Thursday June 23 Whelan's, Dublin Radiators
Friday June 24 Croke Park, Dublin U2 + Radiators

Does U2 really have to stop at 23h because I saw them last Friday and they have a major lightshow that will not be as effective if they have to start at around 8.45. Too bad for the Irish fans.

It's a shame that the Radiators don't support U2 on all of their European tour. Saw them on Sunday in Gelsenkirchen and I will see them in Vienna on the first weekend of July. It would have been twice the fun with the Radiators as support.
