Have never posted here before but been reading the forum for a long time - never plucked up the courage to enter the debates. But just need to wish Philip Chevron well, lets hope the power of all these good wishes will help speed his recovery in some way.

What sad news. We will miss you in Los Angeles this fall, that's for sure. But that isn't really important. Do what you have to do, fight every day...

You bring so much to the group, and we look forward to your recovery and return to the band. I was thrilled one day when the great Mr. C actually posted a response to one of my postings!

When all this is over, we should treat you to a new hat. It would be my pleasure.

Thanks, good luck, God bless..

What bloody awful news, I only just heard as this is the first time I've switched on the computer since arriving back from Glastonbury yesterday.

I think everything I could say has already been said by others, and probably more eloquently than I could put it, so I will just say - stay strong Philip, get well soon, and take it easy. We're all rooting for you, and will continue to do so until you're back to full health. Very best wishes.

Nick.
