Help With Lyrics

Post Thu Jun 07, 2007 12:04 pm

I have a cdr with some rare Pogues/Shane stuff, and there's this song on there that I can't find the title to on the internet.
Some of the lyrics go like this:

(there's a woman singing w/ him on this song too)
"Orange juice on the table
your dress upon the floor
who could ask for more
i traveled the whole night through
i would give up everything just to be home with you

id give up all my silver
id give up all my dough
and anything i had left
thru driving rain"

Please Help!
Thanks,
boozer

The song is called Just to be home with you and you will find it on Jools Holland's cd here.

(If you click on the link, you can even hear a little of the song)

That's awesome! I have the whole song! Who is the female singing w/ Shane? Mr C, do you need this song for the boxset?

Thanks,
Tim

No thank you. Not unless The Pogues are also on it.
