Leeds Academy Monday 14th

no one's done one for leeds yet so thought i would. i'd say best place to go for drinks before would be "The Dry Dock"

its literally 30 seconds walk just up from the academy. You cant miss it either, the bars an actual boat (on land). Price wise its decent enough,Friendly atmosphere and a really good juke box an like i said only up road so not far to stagger down to the gig!

Do not fear Paul I am sure there will be plenty of Pogues fans in Leeds.
Been to an few shows in Leeds this year and the crowds tend to be the most lively.
I walked past the Dry Dock / boat bar a few times but never been in it .It looks mad to see a boat in a city centre next the motorway/dual carriage ways exits.
Most likely will be driving to Leeds so will be unable to give it a vist on the night but hope you have a few for me .

haha yeah i were just taking piss mate, im goin with my girlfriend anyway, saw em at same venue last year an there were loadsa people goin to gig round an about the venue! i just thought id let people know best bar on here just incase they didnt know where to go.

cheers for reply mate an ill have more than a few on you! ;) cant wait for it. seein em in manchester on sunday night first. was guna go to sheffield aswell but its just having enough money int it, its not only ticket prices but its all trains here there an everywhere coz i dont drive, plus ive got few other gigs next week aswell. which shows are you goin to then?
