Birmingham Meet

New venue....any ideas on where the pre Gig drinks will take place, actually not even sure where the new venue is. So all tips on location and distance from New Steet will be appreciated, failling that i will have to google it.

Come straight out of new street at the taxi rank turn right as if going to digbeth down the subway known as chineese island or pagoda island (its got a pagoda on it) take left and its there on right side .....5 mins easy! As for pre drinks I'm open to suggestions I'd like to meet any of ya! Being a long time reader I feel like I know some of ya anyway

Is that the same direction as if you were heading for the Hippodrome?

At work and just noticed your post...... It really made me LAUGH! cheered my day right up..... the delusion of some people is unreal... Dont get too upset at the weekend you can always loose to us again in March next year

Excited now, its nearly here, I'm gonna head into Hurst street, its just over the road from the gig ( by the Hippodrome ) and theres a selection of pubs, i suspect it will be well busy, i'd suggest the Fox but it will be rammed so i'll be in the Weather spoons ( might be an o'neils but think its weather spoons ) a few doors down, its pretty big and hopefully it will be a bit easier to get served in , should be there from 6.30ish hopefully catch you all in there.
