The quick run down. They had intelligence prior to the event and neglected it. The consulate asked for extra security and it was denied. The attack was known early on in the state dept and the White House. Military was poised to assist, Seal team, Delta force, etc. Air support was ready to deploy, ALL were told to stand down. The Prez said he "went to bed" after being notfied. In a nut shell it's murder by negligence.
The news that the compound was over run and Ambassador Stevens was missing came at about 10pm minutes later Hillary issued the fake video story.
