Well here's a warming thought. Back in April Ted Nugent famously said that "if Obama wins in November, again, then by this time next year I will either be dead or in jail." ( http://blogs.wsj.com/speakeasy/2012/04/ ... e-elected/ )

I should rig up a count-down clock here. It could be like FOX's "Countdown to WAR" clock from 2003.

More celebrities upset by this event:

Melissa Joan Hart (I have no idea who this is, but whatever) seems to be the classiest of the bunch.

As long-time devotees of Sabrina the Teenage Witch and, even more significantly, Clarissa Explains It All (which was very formative for them, and which at least one of the girls regards as an important bit of proto-feminist TV programming), the hazard girls will be devastated to learn of the political obtuseness of one of their childhood icons.

Karl Rove: "Obama won by running negative ads that suppressed the vote."

Awesome.

President Obama

I hope those tears don't mean he is turning into John Boehner.

Big News! Today (Nov 20) Florida finally called the election for Obama. Of course, one district (St Lucie) missed the deadline...

My fault:)

I guess LittleCupcakes may have been on to something after all as documented on The Pogues in Paris DVD/CD it is stated between Dirty Old Town and Bottle of Smoke that The Pogues are playing songs written by communists therefore Philip must be guilty by association.

Thanks for reprising 2004, America.

I'm becoming quite upset at the Presidential "choices" we've been fed recently. Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama-and the losers were an even sorrier lot (Mondale, Dukakis, Kerry, McCain, Romney, ugh).

Is it too late for a return to limited government and personal freedom? Is it too late for fiscal sanity and awareness of actuarial reality? Are we doomed to look for ways to use our guns just because we have them??

For those who are pleased at The One Who Slowed The Rise Of The Ocean's re-election, glory in it. For those who are upset about their guy losing, be comforted by the knowledge that it likely would haven't been much better with your guy.

Yeah I'm pissed off!

Ya think?

At the very least Clinton and Obama created their own success. Romney was handed everything his whole life (just like his vile son) and continues to totally screw the pooch and lose at everything.

His jobby jobs aren't even real:

Romney has been connected to the Marriott dynasty all of his life. He was named after J.W. Marriott. Romney's full name is Willard Mitt Romney and Marriott's was John Willard Marriott. Marriott, who founded the company in 1927, was close friends with Romney's father.

I had to get some Matchbox cars and opted for classy Kmart over the Walmart across the street and OMG what was on the fucking shelf?

Not to be vulgar... but it looks constipated.
Freaked me the hell out.
