All MGM Properties are closing in Las Vegas.
If there was ever a place to feel totally surreal when desolate, that’d be it.
Times Square can get pretty empty in a blizzard and what not, but Vegas...
Gonna be like 28 Days Later without the zombies.

Stay safe out there, Medusans. These are scary times.
Actually being on a raft cast adrift in the ocean may be the best place to be.

But no touching. Stay six feet/two meters away at all times.

True. Dammit. There's a flaw in every plan. Although maybe the sharks will be socially distancing too?

Sharks are friendly. They like to hug you with their mouths over and over. They're REALLY bad a social distancing.

Been working on an Australia project and read the following last night: two tourist friends were snorkling, one had his left foot bitten off while the other had a leg torn asunder. They call that a twofer.
They were splashing around and wrestling in the water. So, yeah... don't do that in Great White territory.

Well I'm officially laid off as of next Thursday, but in good news am paid through till then without having to work.
We'll be fine, only b/c Mrs. Me happens to be starting a new better paying job the following week, and I'll get 55% on Employment Insurance. But I feel for those who won't be fine.

Eurovision 2020 cancelled due to Covid-19!
Folks, in the words of Idris Elba "this is serious".
