new zealand will tumble somewhere and not win as usual

i think argentina and south africa will be surprising.
Then they'll take you to Cloughprior
Shove you in the ground
But you'll stick your head back out and shout
"Let's have another round!"

Argentina could do well, if they can get out of their group. I reckon tonight's opening game could be crucial.

I think Italy could surprise a few people too, Billie.

New Zealand to win the tournament, however who will join them in the semi final??? I reckon all the 6 nations, Argentina, SA, and Oz are all possible candidates for a last 4 place. I'm off to put a £5 bet on Eire to reach the final!
Good Luck all, and with a wing and a prayer "Dewch mlan Cymru" (Come on Wales) Just dont embarras us please

Great result, good game too. Throws the group right open.

I was just trying to explain to someone the concept of getting a bonus point for losing.

Congratulations Argentina. This makes things slightly more difficult for Ireland.
There were some Fiji fans being interviewed on Welsh Radio last night. They reckon they could take Wales.
Cheers

Looks like the USA didn't do too bad against England.

No, but I thought they'd do better than this.

shocking first twenty minutes, you'd think the all blacks would rout us and do more that 100 points. but after that, we played very good rugby. no chance to win, but we fought for a bonus point. we could've even got that, if it wasn't for some stupid mistakes (Locicero always isolationg himself)

referee was awful. we wouldn't have done much better anyway, but he never penalised the blacks when they collapsed mauls, played hands in a ruck, went in the rucks and mauls from the side and so on. and before the disallowed try (which i think was a try) there was a case of a penalty try for us, for them collapsing a driving maul in their 5 meters.

anyway, we don't want to talk about the refs, but about the game, and Italy didn't have the right head at the beginning of the match. It was obvious they would get thrashed.

great USA! this came really unexpected. Samoa will be sharpening their knives
