From a Wales perspective, if you had told me at the beginning of tournament that we would
1. Top the group
2. Beat Slovakia, Belgium, N.Ireland and Russia
3. Make the semi final
4. Be the home nation that went furthest and..(i think you know whats coimng)
5. Despite losing to England going further in the tournament than them....

Irish side Dundalk kicked out BATE Borisov (regular Champons League starters) out of the CL qualifiers yesterday to reach the CL-playoffs, even Europa League Group stages are guaranteed. What an achievement!!

It STILL pisses me off how certain countries, the domestic league champions have to 'qualify'...yet other countries, a team can finish 3rd and go straight in...what a pile of grubby ol' shite.
