Sad to see the irish didn't find the form in the tournament, in the recent years they have proofed that they could do much much better.

But the fans were amazing..... as ever!!!

Robbie Keane - Legend!

„The Irish striker immediately ran to the sideline after the goal to raise a specially made shirt paying tribute to James Nolan, the young Ireland fan who died in Poland during the Euros.”

Shay Given retires from international football. Was a great keeper for the republic!

Liam Hearn out. Disaster. Elding, Pearson and Cook good, but not half as classy as Hearn.

It is deadline day tomorrow. I'm excited.
Yohan Cabaye to Arsenal is the wild-card rumour I believe. Liverpool to continue with their fascination with over-spending on mediocre English players (I still think Andy Carroll was the result of a misplaced decimal point.) Grimsby to establish themselves as the power-house we all know them to be

Celtic needed it! Not only will they be their only competitive games (no Rangers  ) but the financial implications are untold.

I think he's going on loan to my team, West Ham.

I can see the ball bouncing off his head plenty of times, he is a good players but West Ham is about his level. This has gone through now, Twitter tells me, he and Berbatov could be some great signings.
